Cranston police release bodycam footage of officer shooting at car

Officer Kayleigh Cooper attempted to stop a 24-year-old man and woman who were suspected of shoplifting. Cooper fired her weapon at the fleeing car after they refused to get out. Michael Campagna and Megan O'Brien were ultimately arrested on shoplifting charges. Police in Cranston, Rhode Island, say they will also face charges of felony assault and assault on a police officer. It is unclear whether the video depicts the alleged 'assault'.
