Hammonton, N.J. — December 28, 2025One person was killed and another critically injured Sunday after two small helicopters collided mid-air and crashed near Hammonton Municipal Airport in Atlantic County, New Jersey, authorities said.The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that an Enstrom F-28A and an Enstrom 280C — both single-pilot aircraft — collided around 12:25 p.m. local time. The FAA stated that only the pilots were aboard each helicopter.
