What does this mean? “a user report” for “violating our rules against evading suspension”

I pay for a Premium Plus subscription. Not only do I not get what I paid for, but my account is discriminated against by the 'algo' and I cannot get "Premium Support' to respond. These are similar claims from some of the accounts I follow:
