FBI warns of targeted attacks toward tech workers who engineer doom loops of denial of service and customer service, disrupting commerce.

A disgruntled tech workers doxxed a number of employees recently, publishing the names and home addresses of customer service reps and developers of customer service protocol AI tools that create a series of problems for a customer who is then mocked by a customer service rep if they can get ahold of one.
