We received a message concerning a series of events.

How did you first become aware of information that was both published and never published as it pertains to the subject or target?

A former employee obtained personal information from a current employee about the subject

through mandated workplace protocol at the direction of a superior to subordinate subject or target employee - currently employed. Phone number, address, etc.

shared made data available to others both obtained and distributed inside and outside of the workplace for purposes both related and not related to workplace related activity in the workplace making available subject or target employee's personal information such as phone number, address, etc., not made available by the subject or target employee, to others

failed to secure subject or target employee personal data collected during mandatory workplace protocol at the direction of superior - distributed shared information with both management and non-management employees

directed other employees to accounts set up in the subject or target employee's likeness and repeated the same process with other employees, management and non-management, creating artificial conflict between others in the workplace unknown to the subject or target

following unauthorized distribution of subject or target employee's personal information, used information to direct employees toward accounts set up in the subject or target employees likeness where they would 'exchange information' between each other

Ongoing activity has occurred over the period of more than one year. Original hiring manager no longer works at current location.

change in protocol does not absolve, of liability and may further indicate awareness

in one example, one individual involved surveilled another employee and obtained what that individual believed to be compromising information about the employee and then published it under an account created in the likeness of the subject or target without the knowledge of subject or target and then directed the target of the surveillance toward the account they had created and directed the individual being surveilled to the account which was created in the likeness of the subject or target

in several cases, the individual(s) who informed some of the people involved to the 'source reference' for dissenting information about them are the ones who put it there
