Scottsdale Police Seek Three Suspects in Bus Stop Shooting - Old Town

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The Scottsdale Police Department is actively searching for three unidentified suspects linked to a shooting at a bus stop near Scottsdale Road and Main Street on Saturday, May 24, 2025, which left one person injured. Authorities have released a photo of the suspects, identifying the male in the center as the suspected shooter.

According to Scottsdale Police Sgt. Allison Sempsis, the incident occurred around 7:40 p.m. when a verbal altercation on a bus escalated into violence. A suspect assaulted a male passenger, fled through the bus door, and was followed by the victim. A second suspect then shot the victim, and all three suspects—two males and one female—fled the scene. The victim was treated at a hospital for a gunshot wound and has since been released, police said.
