The plugin to the Apple 'Photos' app called 'My Photo Stream' stopped collecting photos on June 26th. Because it only handles photos for 30 days, there will be nothing for the plugin to delete when it is discontinued on July 26th, 30 days after it stopped collecting photos.
Nothing - that is what you need to know in response to all of the unnecessary panic. 'My Photo Stream' does not seem to have ever stored photos, but instead featured the last 30 days of your pics.
