A Phoenix mother shot at her estranged husband and another woman outside a Glendale sports bar early Monday morning before returning home and killing her two young children and then herself in what police are investigating as a murder-suicide.

The tragic chain of events began just after midnight on May 25, 2026, and ended with the deaths of Andrea Clarice Davis, 38, her 10-year-old son Austin, and her 18-month-old daughter Andelyn.

What HappenedAccording to Glendale and Phoenix police:

• Davis arrived at Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill (near Bell Road and 61st Avenue in Glendale) and opened fire on her estranged husband, Nolan, and a woman he was with outside the bar.

• She shot the woman in the head. The victim survived and was hospitalized.

• Nolan was unharmed and called 911.

• Davis then drove approximately two miles to the family’s home in Phoenix.

At the residence, Davis sent threatening text messages to her husband, including at least one photo showing a child’s bloody head. When officers arrived, they found Davis and both children dead inside the home. All three had been shot in the head.Police believe Davis shot her son and daughter before turning the gun on herself.

The couple was reportedly going through marital difficulties, including suspicions of an affair. Friends described the marriage as once strong but strained in recent months.A community memorial with toys and messages has been set up near the family’s home as neighbors and loved ones grapple with the loss.

Glendale and Phoenix police are continuing to investigate the incident. No other suspects are being sought, and authorities have described it as a suspected murder-suicide.This devastating case has shocked the West Valley community and highlighted the dangers of domestic violence and escalating conflicts during separation.
