Step 4. Figure out how the Mexican Cartels have been eluding law enforcement along the tech landscape. Does Mexico have better tech education that the U.S.? Or do they just have the same people that we have who dominate the industry with their overseas talent?

Step 5. Don't talk about how the AI creep is literally taking people's jobs right now - office jobs and other good-paying jobs as well as low wage jobs in an oversaturated low wage worker market.
