You are no one and you badly want to be someone. You attack someone and get away with it to victimize yourself in order to draw attention to yourself by cultivating a lie.

This is not logical or legal and if there were any kind of system in place to evaluate the veracity of the circumstances, the perpetrators would be identified as the pariah that they are. Therefore, the perpetrators must be assured that they will not be held accountable for their crimes and therefore must have approval from an authoritative body misusing their authority to override the truth in advance which means that the authoritative body must have something over the perpetrator, which they do, because they are executing an illegal means to an end by using the perpetrator who then becomes guilty of their crimes, covering up the crimes of the real perpetrator, which is the one who granted the illegal authority in the first place.
