Jack Posobiec on Tyler Robinson Trial: Avalanche of Evidence

He described an “avalanche” of evidence (surveillance video of the shooting and rooftop movements, DNA on the rifle/towel/screwdriver, cell data, roommate Lance Twiggs interview/confessions, digital messages).

Robinson showed no remorse, laughed with lawyers while Erika Kirk and Charlie’s parents sat in tears just feet away. Posobiec said it made him “pretty angry.”
He strongly supported cameras/transparency in court after the defense fought to limit coverage.
He has called for the death penalty for convicted assassins and said the case should proceed to trial. The preliminary hearing adjourned until final arguments on Sept. 1, 2026.
