CNBC Reports Top Republican donors have been found to fund a far-right group named Accuracy in Media (AIM), which has been actively doxxing college students who engage in pro-Palestinian protests. A review of the group's federal tax return for the period between May 2022 and April 2023 revealed that nearly $1.9 million was received from top Republican donors and nonprofits backed by wealthy business leaders. Notable contributors include billionaire Republican megadonor Jeff Yass, who allegedly gave $1 million, the Ed Uihlein Family Foundation, which donated $10,000, the Milstein Family Foundation, also contributing $10,000, and the Adolph Coors Foundation, which added $15,000. This funding has enabled the group to carry out activities such as driving a mobile billboard around Harvard University, listing names and photos of college students allegedly associated with groups that signed a letter condemning Israel for Hamas' attack in October 2023. The doxxing efforts by AIM have sparked concerns about the erosion of free speech and academic freedom on college campuses, and have raised questions about the role of wealthy donors in influencing political activism among students.
