PALM BEACH, Fla. — Alina Habba, the 42-year-old former personal lawyer and White House adviser to President Donald Trump, is set to marry Turkish businessman Turhan Mildon, 29, this Saturday in New York, according to multiple reports. The wedding comes eight months after Habba’s second divorce and after only months of dating.
Mildon, CEO of the family-owned Miller Holding conglomerate and vice chairman of Turkish soccer club Çorum FK, proposed earlier this month. The couple were photographed arriving hand-in-hand for dinner Wednesday night at The Polo Room in Palm Beach. Habba wore a diamond ring described by sources as at least 23 carats—“a ring that has its own zip code,” one friend told the Daily Mail. She carried a pink ostrich Hermès Birkin bag, one of several the businessman has given her.
Friends say Mildon won Habba over quickly with direct compliments. “Turhan just looks at Alina and says, ‘You’re the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen,’” one source recounted. Another described him as “obsessed” with her and predicted a “princess status” ceremony with tight security, given an expected guest list that includes Trump administration officials and possibly the president himself.
The pair met in Washington through a mutual friend who served as an ambassador. Mildon has confirmed the relationship and the wedding plans while rejecting suggestions of a political motive. “This marriage has no political purpose,” he said.
